✦ CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!


✦ MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/MISSING

Unfortunately, shipping always comes with the small chance of damaged packages. I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you :(

I want your order to arrive safe and sound! If you notice any items are defective or got damaged in transit, please reach out to me. Make sure to keep the damaged product and packaging and take pictures of it so I can fix the issue.


If your order hasn't made it to you, please make sure the package wasn't left at the door, or for pickup at your local post office.

For orders with no tracking, I unfortunately can't help with finding your package :( Once the package is dropped off with the courier, it's out of my hands! The status of delivery will be unknown until the package arrives, and refunds or replacements are not covered. This shipping option is cheaper, but if you're placing a larger order, it might be best to include tracking.

If you ordered tracked shipping and the package is lost, reach out to me! I will open a claim with the courier and determine where your package went. This will normally take 7-14 days to investigate. If the package isn't found, I'll either replace or refund your order.
