Processing Times

I want your order to reach you as soon as possible! Usually, I'll package and ship your goodies in 1-3 days.

If you place your order on a Friday or a weekend, the courier will pick it up starting the next Monday.

In some cases, holidays, convention travel, or having too many orders might keep me from getting to your order as fast as I'd like. If that happens, the processing time will be 1 week.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually, shipping takes 1-2 weeks for Canada and US orders, and 2-6 weeks for international.

Holidays, shipping interruptions, and other courier related things might affect shipping times.

Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

Once I process and mail your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email!

If you chose tracked shipping for your order, the tacking number and link will be included.

Do you ship to my country?

Canada, United States, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

If your country is not included, feel free to message, and I'll check if it can be added!

VAT Taxes/Customs Fees

If you order from the UK/EU or anywhere outside Canada, please know that you may be charged a VAT or import tax on your order when it reaches customs.

I do not collect VAT taxes or customs fees, so any taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you don't want to pay the tax, your order will be returned back to me.

Can I return/exchange my order?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!

My order is lost/damaged

I want your order to arrive safe and sound!

If you notice any items got damaged in transit, please reach out to me. Make sure to keep the damaged product and packaging and take pictures of it so I can fix the issue.

If your order hasn't made it to you, please make sure the package wasn't left at the door, or for pickup at your local post office.

For orders with no tracking, I unfortunately can't help with finding your package :( Once the package is dropped off at with the courier, it's out of my hands! The status of delivery will be unknown until the package arrives, and refunds or replacements are not covered. This shipping option is cheaper, but if you're placing a larger order, it might be best to include tracking.

If you ordered tracked shipping and the package is lost, reach out to me! I will open a claim with the courier and determine where your package went. This will normally take 7-14 days to investigate. If the package isn't found, I'll either replace or refund your order.

Address changes

If you placed an order and need to change the address, please contact me as soon as possible!

Once the order has been shipped, I won't be able to change the address or redirect the package.
